The first feature film by Leitão de Barros (1896-1967) is an extraordinary film that combines aesthetic influences and artistic traditions as different as journalistic reporting, revue theatre, or European cinematographic avant-gardes.
“Lisboa, Crónica Anedótica” is a unique portrait of Lisbon’s cultural life in the late 1920s that combines documentary scenes with staged sequences in which more than 40 actors and actresses participated, including some of the most important names in the history of Portuguese theater such as Chaby Pinheiro, Vasco Santana, Nascimento Fernandes, Estevão Amarante, Erico Braga, Berta Bívar, Augusto de Melo, Alves da Cunha, and many others”.

About Ricardo Gordo
Considered a new value of the Portuguese Guitar and First Master in teaching this instrument. Known for the mix between the Portuguese guitar and alternative sounds, whether with Dulce Pontes or Stereossauro, he presents his vision (or hearing) on the film "Lisboa, Crónica Anedotica", with influences that explore the fado of Alfama, the "cry" of Coimbra, crossed with electronic environments.
